Late Cancellations (24-48 hours): Will incur a 50% service charge.

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Habitual Cancellations: Clients with multiple cancellations may be required to pre-pay for future appointments.

15 Minutes Late: We will do our best to complete your full service, but may need to modify it to avoid delays for other clients.

20+ Minutes Late: Your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and late cancellation fees may apply.

Color Corrections: These are multi-session processes. We cannot guarantee exact results in one visit. Pricing is per session.

Hair Extensions: Require a consultation and deposit. Maintenance appointments are required every 6-8 weeks.

Minors: Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for all services.

Service Guarantee: If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days for a complimentary adjustment.
